We have gotten so used to great food combinations that over time they have become synonymous with tasty singularity.
Yummy. Here we go.
Bacon and eggs, pizza and ice cold beer, Oreo cookies and milk, potatoes and gravy, butter and popcorn, burgers and fries, tortilla chips and salsa, spaghetti and meatballs and so it goes.
Another wonderful earthy combination is evolving in its meld. One day both activities will occur so often together at Dojo competitions that we’ll always expect them in partnership.
Contemporary dance artists and women submission wrestling on one venue is a thing of the future.
So many of our beautiful Fem Competitors have dance experience and the strong sexy legs ideal for scissors to go with it.
When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.….Wayne Dyer
One such beauty that is the epitome of the perfect blend is Missfit Tess. As of this writing she is providing sessions out of New York City.
She specializes in fantasy wrestling but given her gorgeous goo gobbles of sexy feminine muscle, exceptional conditioning and professionally trained dance background, she could make the transition to more serious wrestling anytime that she chooses.
A successful entrepreneur, her description at her website missfittess.com flexes and smiles, “Philly born and bred, the city known for its “art” suited Tess well. She attended Temple University graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance, Choreography, and Performance. As a result of her dedication to her trade, she was the first “dance” student in that school’s history to receive the “BFA Alumni Award for High Scholastic Success and Unusual Talent!” She was the founder and artistic director of Infatuation Dance Company here in Philadelphia and she has been a dance instructor since 2004. She currently dances for Sanbrooka Productions.
Where dance is definitely Tess’s passion, fitness is a close second!
I am trying to walk a tightrope; trying to keep the DJ community happy while trying to spread the message about dance music to more people. That is the mission that I am on.…David Guetta
With a mind for dance and a body for the lens, this potent combination has evolved her skill set and allows her to cover more than one role. Not only can she choreograph dancers, but she can also train and give them the proper nutrition and regiment in order to be everything YOU, the Client, wants!
Since breaking into personal training, Tess has also competed in various fitness competitions since January of 2013. At the NGA Mr. /Ms. Natural Philadelphia competition in May 2013, she was awarded 3rd place in Figure A Class. She also received 1st place in Figure Novice, 4th in Figure open, as well as Best Presentation in OCB Battle for the Belt in August 2014. Most recently, she has received 3rd place in Figure Novice and 4th in Figure Open at the NPC Lehigh Valley Competition, and placed 1st in NPC’s XCalibur Cup Figure Novice Competition in May 2014!
She has also been published in Planet Muscle Twice (Feb ‘14, May/June ‘14), and on the cover of Philly Fit (March/April ‘14)! Please check out her GALLERY for photos from both publications. Her resume continues to build in both dance and fitness earning her the appropriate title of “Fitness Entertainer!”
Very impressive.
I see dance being used as communication between body and soul, to express what it too deep to find for words.……Ruth St. Denis
To be invited to perform at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City is an honor that was bestowed upon Tess. The entrancing casino hotel features 2,002 rooms and is the largest hotel in New Jersey. Borgata opened in July 2003 and is the top-grossing casino in Atlantic City.
One day we could certainly experience an event where beautiful submission wrestlers compete at the Dojo blended with artistic dance routines by solo artists or small contemporary dance groups.
A well-educated woman, Tess has certification in Sports Nutrition and Pilates. She’s a talented dancer with extensive experience in Contemporary, Hip Hop, Burlesque, Aerial Acrobatics and Pole Performances.
Our star is a philosopher as well. On her Facebook pages she quotes, “The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
We are in agreement.
Tess is also effective at providing exceptional customer service. Here is what a satisfied customer had to say.
“When Tess walked into the room wearing an impossibly tiny bottom and sports bra, I could not believe my eyes. She was more beautiful than her amazing photos can portray.
She was beautifully feminine, yet had musculature that was simply stunning. She loves to show off her muscles – which is great because you will want to see them. She loves what she does. Whether flexing or scissoring, dancing or choking – she has a fresh enthusiasm that few others can match.
While she is still learning wrestling techniques – she had no problem making me submit to numerous chokes and arm bars. She loved to capture me in a triangle choke and flex her biceps as I watched before flexing her quads and making me tap instantly (as she laughs with delight and amusement). Her body awareness and insane muscles will make you submit time and again.
Tess loves a massage, and the opportunity to touch her rock hard muscles then give her a massage is something you don’t want to miss. While good things come in small packages – amazing things come from Misfit Tess. Play with her now.”

There is a cultural shift under way and we’re moving towards a future where many of the inside female sports like energetic professional cheer, gymnastics, ballet, contemporary dance and competitive women’s wrestling will be at the same event.
It’s the new cool.
It was great getting a closer look at Missfit Tess. In terms of her wrestling and dance combination during this cultural shift……
It’s a perfect fit.
