One of our associates remembers walking by a female friend’s office cubicle that quietly made her feel that her friend would rather be somewhere else.
She saw pictures and post cards of the places where her friend had traveled that lined the walls of her compact space as she sat there glued to a headset phone, performing call center customer service.
It was a very sad moment. Why?
She knew her friend would absolutely rather be someplace else than where she was sitting, at the moment. Trapped inside of an office with no windows, those pictures and post cards were her only mental and emotional escape.
A talented college graduate, she was certainly capable of doing much more.

Ten years later as a Workers Compensation Adjuster, who travels regionally, out in the fresh air and not stuck in an office, her friend makes three times the money and never looked back.
