Shay Hendrix is determined to make a name for herself in the fully competitive women’s wrestling world and already has!
Shay Hendrix of the United Kingdom when once interviewed confirmed what we at FCI in America have always thought. If approached properly and done in the right setting, mothers and sisters will want to wrestle too.
DWW women’s wrestling has a huge following and because the girls are elite wrestlers, there might be a perception that they are trained professionals.
In researching the great DWW wrestling group from the Vienna area, they indicated that many of their wrestlers were simply everyday girls who were introduced to wrestling by their girlfriends, showed up to a DWW event, were asked if they would like to try a match, liked it and then became addicted to it. Viktoria of DWW fame expressed this was her experience as well.
One day we’ll have to round table with Shay at a pub and listen to more of her ideas.
If there was ever a beautiful wrestler from across the pond that we would love to see more of on this side of the Atlantic, it’s the lovely warrior princess, Shay Hendrix.
At the respected session site, sessiongirls.com, here is what Shay shares with us; “Hi, my name is Shay Hendrix. I have been wrestling now for 5 years. I am not pro, but what I lack in skill I make up in determination! I can session from locations in Manchester, Surrey and Reading.”
Having watched some of Shay’s matches, this writer can vouch for that. When she is grappling with another girl, she truly is determined to win the match and often does.
Have any of you gentlemen traveled to Surrey?
Why don’t we travel there now?
Our prime information source Wikipedia educates, “Surrey is a county in the South East of England and one of the Home Counties. The county borders Greater London to the north and north-east, Kent to the east, East Sussex to the south-east, West Sussex to the south, Hampshire to the west and south-west, and Berkshire to the north-west, and its historic county town is Guildford.
Today’s Surrey is divided into 11 districts (ten of which are boroughs): Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Waverley and Woking.”
The region’s official travel site, visitsurrey.com infuses the experience with some color. “Just a stone’s throw from London, in England’s south east corner, Surrey offers a great diversity of accommodation and things to do as well as mouthwatering restaurants, cafes and pubs that cater for all tastes. When enjoying the pictures and descriptions on the site, the sights of Waverly really caught our eye. Please listen to this: “Nestled in the south west corner of Surrey, the borough of Waverley has something for everyone from long-distance walking routes, sandy beaches and enchanting countryside to bustling market towns with a variety of independent shops and high quality restaurants and cafes.
Visitors to the area are able to explore the enchanting villages and picturesque market towns which make up the borough and discover a landscape that is filled with literary, artistic and musical associations including the Devils Punchbowl and Gibbet Hill at Hindhead which inspired the writings of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
This vibrant cultural heritage also includes museums in the towns of Haslemere, Godalming, Farnham as well as the Rural Life Centre in Tilford which together provide a fascinating insight in to the rural traditions and history of the area. Named after the Cistercian Abbey on the outskirts of Farnham, the borough has been used as a backdrop for a number of Hollywood films including Steven Spielberg’s War Horse and “Snow White and the Huntsmen” starring Kristen Stewart.”

The other is the London Wrestling Studio. Here is an excerpt of their product in their own words; “London Wrestling Studio (LWS) was established in 2005 by Wrestler Honey and has been at the forefront of the London and UK Session and Event Wrestling scene ever since.
Growing in scale, LWS offers a roster of quality wrestlers whilst always retaining a friendly, personal and customer committed philosophy and LWS is now one of the most influential names on the global Session and Fem v Fem scene.”
