If only we had enough money to travel the world. Our bucket list would keep getting shorter and our wonderful memories reservoir would keep swelling.

“Emails to Katrina were returned promptly and the subsequent session exceeded all of my expectations. Katrina is a big and lovely ruggedly powerful girl. It was really nice to enjoy a ‘throwback session’ of pin-style wrestling and classic submission holds (she is working on having a BJJ base). I was delighted to find I couldn’t simply attack her upper body.
Her fitness is such that I suspect she could wrestle for 3 hours (with our score being no more flattering), something I might just try for our next time. We didn’t box, but as she told me she has much more experience doing that guys who prefer it in their sessions likely won’t be disappointed. She’s game for anything really, save what she clearly mentions in her profile.”

Peering out at us from the historical city of Volgograd, she welcomes, “I have been working in Taekwondo since 1997 and still. I am a champion of the south of Russia, candidate for master of sports (CCM), I have a black belt (1 dan). Since 2013 I have been engaged in CrossFit. I am a coach for taekwondo now. Since 2015 I have been doing judo as well.”

The city became famous for its resistance during the Battle of Stalingrad against the German Army in World War II. It is often regarded as the largest and bloodiest battle in the history of warfare.
It’s very important not to forget history but that was the past so let’s focus on the present.

Volgograd had to be rebuilt from scratch, which explains the Stalinesque grandeur of public buildings and broad avenues, all of which is Soviet baroque at its most eloquent or hideous, depending on your architectural taste.

As we have personally experienced, the world of the Session Girl is a fascinating and memorable one. Like so many pathways in life, this unique world is truly what you make of it.
At our previous events, we always take the Fem Competitors out to lunch or dinner at a sit down restaurant. It makes the whole experience far richer.
