Everyone with a television, radio, internet connection, magazine or newspaper on their table has heard of Donald Trump.
Donald John Trump is an American business magnate, investor, television personality, author, and politician. He is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization and the founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts.
When he speaks, everyone listens and here is something that he said that made our group think about Kasie Cavanaugh.
“If you’re interested in ‘balancing’ work and pleasure, stop trying to balance them. Instead make your work more pleasurable.”
The female submission wrestling industry legend Kasie Cavanaugh has a life resume that speaks to balance, variety, fun and strong accomplishments.
It’s all about quality of life and finding a happy balance between work and friends and family…………Philip Green
According to zoominfo.com she grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota but now resides in San Diego, California. In high school she competed in track and field, softball, and gymnastics. After high school she studied graphic arts and obtained her degree. After moving to San Diego she went to the gym and began lifting weights. After two years of lifting she entered her first bodybuilding show and took first in her heavy weight class.
Her star continues to rise in both the body building industry finishing first at the 2013 Venice Beach Muscle Classic- 1st & overall and in the submission wrestling world where she is rarely defeated.
Ever since her days with the legendary female wrestling producer and promoter Bill Wick Kasie has been a fan and industry favorite. Here is what Mr. Wick has to say about her. “Kasie has been wrestling for over 10 years and has never been beaten.
She has a record of over 500 wins against men. She’s lethal and dangerous. At 5’7”, 175 lbs., she ranks as one of the top body builders in the nation. (Kasie is her wrestling name.)”
He continues with a smile.
“Kasie’s muscles are velvet soft and smooth when relaxed and marble hard when flexed. You must wrestle this woman; you’ll never feel another body like Kasie Cavanaugh. She’s the best!”
That is quite a ringing endorsement. Like Mr. Trump, when Bill Wick speaks, we in the female submission wrestling industry listen. Though a little joyfully worse for the wear, what are some of the men who have participated in sessions with Kasie saying?
“When she gets down to business, she is so strong and has a great supply of painful holds that can make you submit to her at any time or she can just keep you going till she is ready to finish you. She is so nice to talk to and makes you feel like you are more than just a job. She is great for the first timer or the seasoned guy that thinks that he can’t be beat.”
There were so many positive reviews about her but here is another that stood out. “She was gentle and understanding and at the same time put me through my paces. She is an incredibly strong woman, including her upper body. Her scissors are so powerful, she could, if she chose, knock you out with a genuine head scissors (as opposed to a neck scissors where the blood flow is interrupted to the brain). I felt like my skull was caving in. She is extremely personable and just simply nice and can be very sensual at times. If you are looking to feel what it feels like to be TRULY overpowered by a woman, who still has feminine charms, Kasie is your girl.”
You can feel Kasie’s enthusiasm and positive energy when she speaks about her love for life and the variety of activities that she has participated in including gymnastic, diving and track and field.
Balance, peace, and joy are the fruit of a successful life. It starts with recognizing your talents and finding ways to serve others by using them.…….Thomas Kinkade
In terms of having a session with Kasie, there is no better city to enjoy and immerse in a variety of enjoyable activities than sun drenched San Diego.
Does dining on the beach before or after a session sound like fun to you? For some suggestions why don’t we turn to a local expert who can share some recommendations?
Once such person is Ms. Katie Dillion who wrote an article about this tasty subject for USA Today.
Katie Dillon originally moved to the seaside community of La Jolla to attend UC San Diego. When the opportunity presented itself, she and her husband set off for a 7 year stint overseas as expats in London and Hong Kong. Katie now writes a lifestyle site called La Jolla Mom and is the author of a book called, “Flying With Kids.” Her work can be seen on NBC San Diego, Red Tricycle, Yahoo! Shine and Have Family Will Travel, a Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts blog.
Here are her top three suggestions.
- The Marine Room. Perhaps best known for its setting right on the beach, so close to the water that at particularly high tides the waves crash on the windows, the Marine Room also happens to serve fine, globally-influenced cuisine. Start with the signature lobster bisque, accented with enoki mushrooms, pancetta and yuzu cream. Main course highlights have included a trio of game (elk, ostrich and venison), fleur de sel-rubbed veal, and abalone-mushroom crusted barramundi. Impeccable service, attention to detail, and an award-winning wine list round out the experience. It’s a perfect place for a special date or even just because. Highly recommend it.
- Pacific Coast Grill’s new beachfront location makes it one of the most scenic spots in North County to eat or grab a drink. The festive, al fresco patio wall borders the sand and the ocean breezes are as relaxing as you might imagine. The California cuisine menu is made with fresh, local and free range ingredients. Popular items include mussels, lobster tacos, and burgers with fresh-cut Kennebec fries. Gluten free and plenty of vegetarian options are available. PCG is can also host your next private party between the indoor Reef Room and a patio buyout. Reservations are accepted and highly encouraged, especially during peak times.
- Poseidon prides itself on being fun for every age with a casual beach vibe. This is definitely true, but it’s also a fantastic place for a romantic seafood dinner by the sand on their sizable patio. The entire restaurant has been recently remodeled to a chic, upscale-casual look. The menu has a Mediterranean flair. And, they’re open for weekend brunch with fun favorites like macadamia-coconut french toast or huevos rancheros. At dinner, splurge on a lobster tail or something like the wasabi halibut with mushroom risotto and lotus root chips. They can prepare gluten, nut, shellfish and dairy-free options upon request as well.
Thank you Katie!
Now that is what I call a well-balanced day filled with enjoyable variety.
The best and safest thing is to keep a balance in your life, acknowledge the great powers around us and in us. If you can do that, and live that way, you are really a wise man.…Euripides
Having a session with an industry giant like Kasie Cavanaugh is a unique experience. The wrestling is sure to be fun (especially if you’re into pain) and the conversation stimulating since she has accomplished so much and participated in so many activities.
So if you are traveling to San Diego, you already know what should be at the top of your to do list.
