Losing track of all of the Psychics, Boot Camp Fitness Trainers, Business Advisors, long haired Cool Photographers, Colossal Caterers, Creative Painters, Mind Massage Moguls, Dynamic Dog Whisperers, Fun Futurists, Best Male Friends who wear makeup, talk endlessly and unashamedly with a ton of time on their hands, and the like, that wade in and out of the lives of the famous Kardashian Kingdom, is very understandable.
There are just sooooooo many of them.
It’s reality television after all.
Then there is Heather Prete.
Yes she is there to massage Kendall Jenner’s mind and anxieties too and true she has an assistant who waves smoke over the ceremony when it’s finished better and more mystical than any ancient face painted Medicine Woman ever could on the New Mexico plains, still there is something very different about her.
She really stands out.
Like an actress.
Wait a minute.
Maybe that’s because she was/is an actress.
Heather Prete is an actress, known for To Live and Die in Dixie (2008), Baby on Board (2009) and Expecting Mercy (2000).
Good to know.
Knew we’ve seen her somewhere before.
Even though she starred in the film Baby on Board with another gorgeous blonde actress, first name Heather too, last name Graham, she even stood out there.
So about this Kardashian experience where you take one look at Heather in those tight blue jeans and think, she can blow smoke over me any day that she wants.
She actually does provide a well-respected professional service.
Her title is UCLA Mindfulness Certification Graduate and MAPS (Mindfulness Awareness Practitioner) teacher.
You look confused. Okay we will let them explain.
At the provocative site heatherpretemindfulness.com they speak of many things mind wonderful. “In this follow up class to MAPs I, we will learn how to cultivate loving kindness, compassion, equanimity, joy, gratitude, and forgiveness.”
Seems reasonable and desirable.
That’s for an individual’s personal life but it can apply to the business community as well. She adds, “Bring mindfulness into your business. Mindfulness training for staff has been proven to improve performance and increase employee wellbeing. Please contact us for details.
Heather provides private coaching for those who would like to begin or deepen their practice. These sessions can be in person or via Skype. See reviews on yelp for “Work On Your Mind Game” coaching.”
Very impressive.
Her timing with the Kardashian family was perfect.
At her other site denmeditation.com she shares, “The Presidential elections are now over, the holiday season is right around the corner, and 2017 is slowly closing the doors on this wild year—so how does a person deal with all of the emotional stress and anxiety?
Celebrities are no stranger to this kind of madness, often juggling the trials of normal life with the requirements of a demanding career. In the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kendall Jenner, member of the Kardashian family and one of the most sought-after fashion models of modern times, shared her recent struggles with stress and anxiety, and even reveals her experience with sleep paralysis.
Thankfully, her sister Kim Kardashian West has tried meditation before and advocates for its benefits of coping with anxiety and “getting control of your feelings”. Kim then leads Kendall to the backyard where a private session with The DEN Meditation instructors, Heather Prete and Lotus Lindley, are waiting. During the session, Heather guides Kendall to develop an “inner soother” for her heart, body, and mind by putting the pressures of work aside and allowing her to address her own needs. Kendall raves of the immediate effects of meditation on her, stating: “Knowing that having anxiety isn’t something you can just fix and it’ll go away, meditation’s definitely something that could help me. It’s something I can obviously take everywhere with me whenever I feel like it.”
They summarize well.
“At The DEN, we know that life seems to challenge you with never-ending stress and constant curveballs. Meditation is not exclusive to celebrities; anyone who is interested and open to reaping its many benefits is welcome to practice it. Not only does it help reduce stress and anxiety, it also improves a person’s concentration, immune health, and even brain structure and function, and we have several classes that will help you discover these rewards.
No matter which class you choose, we’re confident that it will prepare you for a more stress- and anxiety-free end of the year. Just take Kendall’s word for it: “It’s pretty amazing because this is helping me relax and find peace.”
To see Heather Prete and Lotus Lindley share the benefits of meditation to Kendall and Kim, check out the latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians from E! Online below.”
We watched the episode and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the name Lotus Lindley too.
Very industry appropriate.
Heather is truly special because as much as we’ve seen, there is more.

Heather?
Thanks for the journey of enlightenment.
In a region floating with myriads of Mind Massage Moguls, it’s easy to get a little confused.
We loved Heather’s approach because it’s easy to understand and she really seems to be in a good place emotionally and spiritually.
You could feel it.
And once the benevolent Shaman smoke clears…….
She stands out in the ways that really matter.
