August 4, 2022,
For those of us who don’t frequently travel on a plane, there are things that we don’t think about and are completely oblivious too.
Like a small hair dryer.
The team at marieclaire.com.au surmises, “If like us, you rely on your hairdryer for that perfect ‘90s blow-out or tactfully taming your locks, the idea of leaving for a trip without it (namely, not being able to style your strands for great holiday snaps) can feel impossible.”
Well, who would have thought?
Someone else has another thought, they we hadn’t thought of.
The creative source byrdie.com adds, “These days, it’s pretty safe to assume that any hotel or Airbnb will have a hair dryer—after all, it’s a basic amenity, right? But we’ve all been there: That one time that assumption proves false, and of course, it’s the one time you really need one.”
The good news is that travel or mini hair dryers are more powerful than ever before.
Wait until you get to the hotel you say?
Hotel hair dryers can often lack the voltage, so searching out a smaller hair dryer that works for you is your challenge.
Especially if you are like a movie star. Or travel like one.
Up in the Air is a 2009 American comedy-drama film directed by Jason Reitman.
It was written by Reitman and Sheldon Turner, based on the 2001 novel Up in the Air by Walter Kirn.
The story is centered on traveling corporate “downsizer” Ryan Bingham (George Clooney). Vera Farmiga, Anna Kendrick, and Danny McBride also star.
Ryan works for a human resources consultancy firm specializing in employment-termination assistance.
Stated another way (whispering), they help downsize or fire people.
When you look at a company, you see regular people. When he looks at a company, he sees “downsized” people.
Walking around, talking and not yet in their graves, but close.
His work constantly takes him around the country, conducting company layoffs on behalf of employers. Ryan also gives motivational speeches, using the analogy, “What’s in Your Backpack?” to extol living free of burdensome relationships and material possessions.
A frequent flyer, Ryan aspires to earn ten million frequent flyer miles with American Airlines. While traveling, Ryan meets a woman named Alex, a professional who also flies frequently. They begin a casual relationship, meeting up in various cities as their respective schedules allow.
Sounds steamy. You will absolutely need a mini hair dryer.
We really enjoyed this film, in part, so we can see how the other half lives, whose feet are rarely on the ground. Whose noses are up in the air.
What is in your backpack he asks?
A mini hair dryer, that’s what.
So, where can you get these compact electric critters?
Your major retailers of course. Amazon and Target being two of them.
Panasonic would also like you to be your mini hair dryer option to choose.
When you are frequently up in the air, they will come to your rescue.

We really loved their cameras, VCRs and large screen televisions.
Along with their travel hair dryers.

The EH-NA2C-W provides salon-quality heat styling and is a compact, travel-size version of the popular Panasonic nanoe™ Hair Dryer (EH-NA67-W)
NEWARK, N.J., Aug. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Panasonic furthered its 80-year legacy of hair dryer innovation with the release of the Panasonic nanoe™ Travel Hair Dryer (EH-NA2C-W), an ideal hair styling tool for anyone who is searching for salon-quality heat styling but has limited storage space at home or travels frequently. The EH-NA2C-W includes the brand’s patented nanoe™ technology and an oscillating quick-dry nozzle that work together to hydrate, protect, and efficiently dry hair. Its compact, ergonomic design allows for a comfortable fit in-hand and can fold in half for hassle-free storage at home or to be packed for travel.
Achieve Smooth, Healthy Hair with nanoe™ Technology
The EH-NA2C-W uses patented nanoe™ technology that draws moisture from the air to create tiny, moisture-rich particles that are small enough to penetrate hair shafts. These particles are almost 1,000 times more moisture-packed than the general negative ions used by most modern-day hair dryers. The extra moisture provided by nanoe™ helps protect hair against damage from everyday styling and brushing1, while also enhancing smoothness and shine2 and suppressing static electricity.
Personalized Heat Styling Features
Similar to the full-size Panasonic nanoe™ Hair Dryer (EH-NA67-W), the Panasonic nanoe™ Travel Hair Dryer comes with an oscillating quick-dry nozzle that delivers strong and soft airflows and automatically moves to prevent hot spots and evenly distribute the nanoe™ technology for faster, gentler hair drying. The nozzle can be removed and re-attached at any time, depending on the user’s hair drying needs.
Additionally, the travel-sized hair dryer features light-touch, smooth-sliding switches that can easily adjust the airflow settings to high, medium or cool.
The Panasonic nanoe™ Travel Hair Dryer (EH-NA2C-W) is available on Amazon for $99.99.
