March 29, 2021,
Once you get the schedule and routine down, there are so many advantages to working from your home.
It seems to have become the new normal and the trend is here to stay.
There was a time when working from your home as a fulltime job seemed really counter culture and a little hippie like. What about your pension, Social Security, mortgage payments and medical coverage?
Can you really make that work?
That thinking expired some time ago.
According to cnbc.com, “Working remotely is more popular than ever before. One Gallup survey found that 43% of Americans work from home occasionally. That’s up from 39% of those who did in 2012. And according to Quartz, U.S. Census data indicates that 5.2% of U.S. workers completely worked at home in 2017 — that’s about 8 million people.”
They seem to be making it work.
One of the aspects of cocooning that can be challenging is the abundance of social isolation, even if you are not lonely. Especially when it comes to being motivated to participate and cultivate a healthy lifestyle.
Wouldn’t it be great if a Personal Trainer could come to your home and customize a brilliant and healthy workout plan for you?
That would be fantastic. Especially if the Personal Trainer is Jillian Michaels.
Jillian Michaels is an American personal trainer, businesswoman, author and television personality from Los Angeles, California.
Nice resume and we’re just getting started.
Ms. Michaels is best known for her appearances on NBC, particularly The Biggest Loser.
The Biggest Loser is an American competition reality show that initially ran on NBC for 17 seasons, from 2004 to 2016.
The show features obese or overweight contestants competing to win a cash prize by losing the highest percentage of weight relative to their initial weight.
Sounds very challenging.
The Biggest Loser has been fairly popular for some of its run, ranking among the top 50 shows in the United States from 2004 to 2005 and again from 2009 to 2011.
The Biggest Loser format has been highly popular around the world, spawning over 30 international adaptations, some of which remain on the air.
On May 13, 2019, it was announced that a reboot of the show would premiere on USA Network in 2020.
Apparently the Biggest Loser is a huge winner.
Jillian sure knows how to pick them.
She has also made an appearance on the talk show The Doctors.

She seems to do everything exceptionally well. Is that really possible? Apparently so.
There’s more. Much more.
