Stardust like so many elements magical is hard to define, impossible to cage, difficult to capture and completely mesmerizing to the look and touch.
Yes, at times you can touch it.
The really magical things are the ones that happen right in front of you. A lot of the time you keep looking for beauty, but it is already there. And if you look with a bit more intention, you see it…..Vik Muniz
Andreia Brazier’s students should know since they can see her and sometimes be touched by her through her instruction.
She seems to be spreading her stardust around the globe and we are thankful for that.
The very nice site trimmedandtoned.com agrees. “Brazilian Andreia Brazier is one of the top fitness models in the fitness industry today. She inspires hundreds of thousands of people around the world through her Facebook and twitter. In competitions she has also been very successful, recently winning the Miami Pro Muscle Model 2012 and Wbff Pro Diva Fitness 2012 in Denmark and for this achievement, obtained her pro card. She is a WBFF World Champion Fitness Model.”
Andreia has lived in Brazil, London and Dubai and if you’ve seen a brilliant glow at night in the distance while in those cities during her stay, I sense you know why.
She energetically explains at her site, “I’m a 4-time WBFF (World Beauty Fitness and Fashion) Diva Fitness World Champion with 20 years of experience in fitness, so I’ve walked the walk and know what I’m talking about.”
We agree.
There is also a very profound message found at her website andreiabrazier.com that provides some insight into her magical touch.
Let’s listen in.
ANDREIA’S MAGIC
“Blame or claim- that’s the choice each of us has to make each day. Blame what’s not working or claim the gift in the seemingly negative situation.
The world needs more heroes. And heroes spend their days hunting for the best. They see the best amidst adversity. They see the best in others. They dig for the best in themselves. They claim greatness. And in doing so, they get the best lives. An extraordinary life is not something only available for the chosen few-people with different teeth and royal pedigrees.
You and I are destined for greatness. We are meant to live spectacular lives.
That’s hardwired into our DNA. But we need to do our part to make it all happen. Choice by choice. Step by step. Small gains eventually yield giant results. Life truly does want us to win. We only need to do our part. So lay claim to your greatness. Drive a stake into the ground to mark your place under the sun. Stop being a prisoner of your past and become the architect of your future. And remember, it’s never too late to become the person you have always dreamed of being.”
Everyone who has been a part of her path is extremely impressed.
The entertaining site oxygenmag.com smiles, “Fitness has always been in Andreia’s blood. As a young girl, she couldn’t be separated from her bike or skateboard. She stepped into a gym when she was just 14 and hasn’t stopped lifting since. It’s no surprise, then, that Andreia works in the fit biz full-time. She and her husband, Tom, share their love of fitness and nutrition with the rest of the world by running their own body conditioning company that specializes in transformations.”
Very impressive.
For some of us who stayed stationary as we raised a family, there is always a part of our brain that wonders “what if” we had taken more risks when we we’re young and had more choices and options and made a decision to live a more global life.
One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today.…….Dale Carnegie
Especially if things didn’t go according to plan.
Andreia is young, absolutely gorgeous and living the global life.
The respected health and exercise site fitnessandpower.com adds, “Born in Porto Alegre- Brazil in 1978. In 2001 she moved to Rio de Janeiro. This was the time in her life when she found the gym and got hooked on training. She was also working as a part time model for TV, magazines, Carnival and Bikini catalogs whilst also making time to design and sell her own jewelry.
Loving challenges in 2005 she decided to move to London and had a complete life change. She couldn’t speak English at all, she had experienced a different variation of challenges, such as working as an office cleaner, glass collector in a local pub, Cloakroom keeper in a night club and also doing make up and eyebrows designing for her Brazilian friends in London. After one year in London her English improved and she became a full time Personal trainer.”
In interview after interview, Andreia makes it clear that she loves what she does.
How much does she love it?
This sensuous princess designs her own fitness costumes. How magical.
She glows at cutandjacked.com, “My costumes are designed by myself. I first imagine myself in that costume, visualize myself with it on, while on stage, and then start thinking how to make it.”
Can you feel her stardust? We can. It’s spreading. Let’s follow it.
Magic so often starts at birth. Every parent thinks so. Yes?
Porto Alegre is the capital and largest city of the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. Founded in 1769 by Manuel Sepúlveda, its population of 1,509,939 inhabitants (2010) makes it the tenth most populous city in the country and the center of Brazil’s fourth largest metropolitan area, with 4,405,760 inhabitants (2010). The city is the southernmost capital city of a Brazilian state.
Here is a super sexy stat. The population of Porto Alegre is 53.6% female and 46.4% male.
The respected travel site lonelyplanet.com shares with us, “On the banks of the huge freshwater Lagoa dos Patos, Porto Alegre is southern Brazil’s most important port city and a key player in Mercosul (the South American free-trade agreement).
The downtown area has benefited from a thoughtful approach to development, including the creation of transportation hubs and the preservation of much of its grand, neoclassical architecture.”
The informative and educational site wikitravel.org helps us understand why Andreia comes from great stock. “The city is one of the richest metropolis in the country, the state capital with the highest life quality and literacy rate (97%), the book capital of Brazil. The gaúchos are very proud of their land and culture.”
Well they should be.
The travel giant travelchannel.com agrees. “Porto Alegre is not like the Brazil you know. Rio Grande do Sul, the capital of Brazil’s southern state, is decidedly and proudly more European, holding fast to the traditions of its Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and German descendants. The 2014 World Cup city is also the modern outpost of the region’s gaucho culture, represented by a love of open spaces, fierce independence and a taste for chimarrão, the local erva maté tea, passed down by Brazil’s wandering cowboys. You can wander Porto Alegre’s urban parks, trendy neighborhoods and rich cultural sites via city tour bus, boat or bike rental. Here are a few other ways to experience this unique city.”
Then there is London where Femcompetitor has electronically traveled so often given the great female submission wrestlers that compete and session there.
Dubai not so much. We love it though.
One of the fascinating aspects to watching Andreia work with her students in her gym and studio is how diverse the class is. There were Irish, American, East Indian and Asian students to name a few. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7PHhg5FEmw
Dubai is truly a world class city.
Believe in love. Believe in magic. Believe in Santa Clause. Believe in others. Believe in yourself. Believe in your dreams. If you don’t, who will?…..Jon Bon Jovi
Andreia has stated it’s very important to tell the truth. No doubt that is part of her charm.
Now we’re going to tell the truth.
Inspirational, beautiful, talented, adventurous, super sexy, dynamic, cosmopolitan, athletic, personable, honest and so much more.
We were swept adrift in Andreia’s stardust.
