Attributes possessed that are comparable to the most elegant, respected and desirable women that transcends and knows no industry boundaries would place a young woman in an elite category.
In the movie industry, fantasies abound regarding the numerous starlets that have graced the red carpet. No doubt they range from the intense, brief and extremely erotic to the sustained and long-term relationship oriented.
Even marriage, while the eye lids are closed, but fluttering.
Simply put, if women fantasize about Mr. Right (long-term) and Mr. Right Now (very short-term); then by comparison men often have the girl friend fantasy and the wife desired dream.
In terms of the wife fantasy certain actresses come to mind.
Jaclyn Smith
Part of the sustained power of Jaclyn Smith who gracefully played Kelly Garrett in the television series Charlie’s Angels was that for most men, she was the wife fantasy. Perhaps proof of that was that while her fellow sorority sisters came and went, research indicates that she was the only original female lead to remain with the series for its complete run.
Anne Archer
The list of other actresses that come to mind could be Anne Archer best known for her role as the long suffering wife of the philandering husband played by Michael Douglas in the film Fatal Attraction and the potential wife who got away but was about to make an honest man out of the playboy Rick, played with an effective, understated and powerful hand by Sam Elliott in the 1976 cult classic, The Lifeguard.
In modern times we certainly could include Natalie Portman among others. They are drop dead gorgeous and in their public image they exude style, elegance, class, honesty and high standards that would make many men want to spend eternity with them.
In our dream of seeing the day when the various indoor female sports athletes perform and compete on the same venue at the Dojo, we’ve introduced our female submission wrestling industry to stars in the magical world of dance and the body perfection world of fitness.
Now it’s time to meet the beautiful gymnasts.
Who could be a more beautiful ambassador than the super star Aly Raisman?
She was the captain of the United States Women’s Gymnastics team, affectionately labeled the Fierce Five by the media, at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she won gold medals in the team and floor competitions, as well as a bronze medal on the balance beam making her the most decorated American gymnast at the London Games. She was also a member of the gold-winning American team at the 2011 and the 2015 World Championships. In 2013, she appeared on Dancing with the Stars where she finished fourth.

Super talented, well-traveled, famous and absolutely gorgeous, in terms of fantasies, it would be easy to see how Aly could fall into most men’s “wife” category.
So you can imagine that it raised a few eyebrows among the conservative community in the gymnastics world when our sweet Aly shed her red, white and blue sleeveless leotards and posed nude for ESPN.
Calm down.
We did say ESPN and not Playboy.
And don’t worry. You can continue your matrimonial fantasies because as usual Aly did it with taste, style and class. None of the private parts were showing. It was as they say in Marin County, “artfully” done.
In an interview at espn.go.com, speaking about posing for them, Aly explained, “I think imperfection is beauty. Instead of being insecure about my muscles, I’ve learned to love them. I don’t even think of it as a flaw anymore because it’s made me into the athlete that I am.”
Call me crazy but when I viewed the video showcasing Aly’s body (for professional reasons only), I saw absolute perfection.
Aly seems to have sculpted the perfect resume.
The informative site biography.com shares with us her solid foundation. “A member of the U.S. Olympic women’s gymnastics team, Aly Raisman started learning her sport not long after she began walking. In an interview with USA Gymnastics, she said, “I was two years old when my mom put me in mommy and me classes. I always had a lot of energy so it was the perfect fit!” The oldest of four children, Raisman is the daughter of two athletic parents. Her mother was a gymnast in high school and her father played hockey.
At the age of 10, Raisman took her training to another level. She started working with Mihai and Sylvie Brestyan at their American Gymnastics Club in Burlington, Massachusetts. Around the age of 14, Raisman had begun to compete on an elite level.”
At Femcompetitor Magazine we love to travel so as is our custom, it’s time to travel to Aly’s hometown of Needham, Massachusetts.
Needham is a town in Norfolk County, a suburb of Boston, with a population of 28,886 as of the 2010 census.
Speaking to its conservative and socially responsible roots, in 2005, Needham became the first city in the United States to raise the age to legally buy tobacco products to 21.
The city site needhamonline.com adds, “Needham’s development began in the 1640’s when the area was first explored by people from Dedham who believed that they had discovered gold. Settlers began bringing cattle to graze here in the 1680’s, and in 1681 the land of present day Needham and Wellesley was purchased from tribal leader William Nehoiden for 10 pounds in money, 50 acres of land, and 40 shillings in corn.
A significant event that should not be overlooked is the “Back Bay Fill”, when a considerable amount of Needham’s land was removed by train (day and night, from 1859 to the late 1870’s) to fill in most of Boston’s Back Bay. Needham was chosen as the removal site of the fill because of the abundance of gravel and reasonable rail access to Boston.”
Ah, access to Boston.
The enjoyable tourist site massvacation.com shows from locations that walk you back in time to the Colonial era, great bike trails, majestic parks, fine dining and community events, Needham is close in proximity to many attractions.
So much for history. What is in store for Aly’s future?
On October 24, 2015 in USA Today, it was reported that Aly finished 5th of the 184 gymnasts who had come here to compete in the all-around at the world championships in Glasgow, Scotland. She hopes it will help propel her to compete representing America at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio.
The Olympics would not be the same without her. Aly seems to be the complete package.
As far as fantasies go, you shouldn’t feel the least bit guilty.
In a July, 1996 article in the New York Times that speaks to the pluses and minuses of fantasies, they interview Dr. Ethel S. Person who at the time of the writing was a professor of clinical psychiatry at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University, and she has a private psychiatric practice in Manhattan. She is a graduate of the New York University College of Medicine, and from 1981 to 1991 she was the director of the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research.
When asked if fantasies deepen our connection with other people, she responded, “Fantasies influence interpersonal relationships and how relationships are formed and with whom. When we form intimate relationships, we’re often responding to subliminal cues tied to our fantasies.”
You have to be very careful about trying to read other people’s minds which is a risky and often flawed proposition, and please don’t think the less of us for asking, but is Aly your fantasy girl?
Gorgeous as she is, if she is, and she probably is; in terms of what type of fantasy category of yours she falls into……
We’re highly confident we know which one.
