Images in a snow white background often consists of cottages with a warm fireplace, soft birds in flight, trees covered in powder that thrust into the star blanketed skies and in the distance or nearby, a beautiful Ice Maiden Princess.
These stories must be true and proof of that is the regal and gorgeous blonde model Justine LeGault from Quebec.
The entertaining magazine louloumagazine.com has been smitten by Justine’s beauty. They provide us with a nice background. “Born and raised in Quebec, Justine LeGault is a breath of fresh air in the modeling world. The typical model stereotypes don’t apply to this young blond.”
The Huffington Post has found her to be amazing. In a previous article prosed in admiration they smile, “Three cheers for Elle Quebec, who decided to give their readers a gift this month with an awesome new cover model. Justine LeGault, who poses for the May 2013 issue, is a plus-size model with gorgeous blonde hair and a size 14 bod, both of which she showcases on the lovely new fashion cover.
Unlike so many mag covers featuring curvier women, Elle Quebec’s shows Justine’s whole body, with the camera angle tilted to highlight her bare thigh. As a self-declared “International Curvy Model,” LeGault has nothing to hide — and neither does Elle. The new issue has been highly praised by Internet commenters and editors, success that should indicate to other fashion editors that they have nothing to fear by featuring more shapely models.”
We’re certainly glad they did. With Justine, only seeing part of her sensuous body will not do.
The admirers are legion. The fun site celebitchy.com concurs, “Small steps, people. Elle Quebec has officially featured (for the very first time) a cover model that is, incidentally, also a plus-sized model. Introducing Justine LeGault, a French-Canadian model who is positively ravishing on this cover in a gauzy white shirtdress and flashing some thigh in an ever-so provocative manner. This is definitely progress.”
As we move up the timeline, life on the catwalk is going well for plus sized models in general and Justine in particular. In October of 2015, the informative site takepart.com reports, “As New York Fashion Week kicked off Thursday, a sea of tall, wispy models were preparing to strut the catwalk with just a hint of a smile, sporting clothing from top designers—except for one brand looking to disrupt the status quo.
Lane Bryant has officially launched its “Plus Is Equal” campaign, complete with billboards, a website, and an invitation for women around the country to demand equal representation in the fashion industry at a Times Square event on Sept. 14.”
In her interviews Justine makes it ice crystal clear that she has always been comfortable with her body. A former makeup artist, Justine feels people should be just as focused on taking care of their skin as their body.
Snow Princesses can be from many parts of the world but for our purposes let’s visit the winter wonderland that helped design Justine.
Quebec is a province in east–central Canada. It is the only Canadian province that has a predominantly French–speaking population, and the only one to have French as its sole provincial official language.
Quebec is Canada’s largest province by area.
Quebec is Canada’s second most populous province, after Ontario. Most inhabitants live in urban areas near the Saint Lawrence River between Montreal and Quebec City, the capital.
The climate around the major cities is four-season continental with cold and snowy winters combined with warm to hot humid summers, but further north long winter seasons dominate and as a result the northern areas of the province are marked by tundra conditions.
While the province’s substantial natural resources have long been the mainstay of its economy, sectors of the knowledge economy such as aerospace, information and communication technologies, biotechnology, and the also play leading roles. These many industries have all contributed to helping Quebec become a very economically influential province within Canada, second only to Ontario in economic output.
So that’s the basics but when there are princesses that abound, what are some magical and fun things to do in Quebec? The list is endless. Quebec is a wonderful province. In the hope of spotting another Snow Princess, why don’t we visit two enticing spa retreats that come to life in the snow?
One such warm oasis in the winter wonderland is Sky Spa. They welcome at their site, “Get a revitalizing energy boost. We bring relaxation to a whole new level in a soothing urban environment. Located on the 17th floor of the Complexe Jules-Dallaire building, the SkySpa offers a concept based on alternating hot/cold treatments. Open-air California baths, Finnish sauna, steam bath, cold shower, lounges, massage therapy and esthetic care are available to make your spa experience wonderful indeed.”
Looking their video we absolutely agree.
Sky Spa offers you a unique urban spa, open, focusing on relaxation, well-being, leisure and entertainment.
Let’s towel off and visit another one.
A New York Times writer will show us the way. “Siberia Station Spa, a hideaway just 17 miles from the Quebec City airport, near the resort area of Lake Beauport. Like other outdoor spas in the area, Siberia Station offered immersion in nature, with a series of Jacuzzis over several terraces on the steeply sloped bank of the Yellow River. Unlike many of them, it had features that could convince a honeymooner to forgo the Catskills for Canada. Those Jacuzzis seem designed for two, and couples waited their turn. Some did so cuddling in wide, rainbow-striped hammocks strung between the pines, in a capsule-shaped warming cabin with a flat-screen TV flashing serene images of beaches, or wrapped in robes before an outdoor fire.”
This fantastic hosts punctuates the invitation by revealing their concept. “The Sibéria experience is based on a Scandinavian concept alternating hot, cold and rest to bring about deep relaxation. This principle of thermotherapy reduces stress, eliminates toxins, relaxes muscles, improves sleep quality and strengthens the immune system while reviving body and soul.”
We’re sold.
Everything that we read about Justine helps us appreciate that we live in a free society which offers us choices and options. Curvy, shapely blondes are high on the list of eye crystal candy.
The Snow White saga is based on two myths recorded by the Brothers Grimm, Snow-White and Rose-Red and the more famous Snow White and the Seven Dwarves.
Both stories include Princesses, dwarfs, life lessons and magic.
It’s been some time since those classics were penned. With all of the creative writers and bloggers plying their trade in the new electronic world if one of them makes a decision to write another fable about a magical beautiful Ice Princess from the great white north and is looking for muse inspiration……..
We know who would be ideal for the part.
