Maddison Miles, Canadian Pro Wrestler, Teen Queen With Staying Power

Are the trends that teenage girls set for us decade after decade the proverbial lipstick wearing canary flying out of the cave?

Thick milk shakes in ice cream parlors, juke boxes, Bobby socks, wool sweaters and quiet broad streets were just some of the markers of life as a teenage girl in the 1950s.

Everything seemed so simple, stable, optimistic and well……predictable.

Then gorgeous blonde Sue Lyon changed things in 1962.

With a screenplay penned by the author himself, Stanley Kubrick brings Vladimir Nabokov’s controversial tale of forbidden love entitled Lolita to the screen.

James Mason played a European professor who relocates to an American suburb, renting a room from lonely widow Charlotte Haze (Shelley Winters). Humbert marries Charlotte, but only to nurture his obsession with her comely teenage daughter, Lolita (Sue Lyon). After Charlotte’s sudden death, Humbert has Lolita all to himself.

That was a teen story that the world had never seen before.

Then things really start to change if you look at today’s movies involving teens.

In Hick, a 15 year old plays Luli, a young girl who runs away from her alcoholic parents to hitchhike from her hometown of Nebraska towards the bright lights.

Teen girls are doing so much more today from excelling as business entrepreneurs to entertaining the world as sports super stars.

Maddison Miles is one gorgeous canary who not only flew out of the cave but continues to soar around the ring.

So at first glance, to hear that the beautiful young Indie wrestler Maddison Miles is only 17 and has been wrestling since she was 15 when she went on tour, in regards to the ever changing life of a teen, being a professional female wrestler is not a stretch.

That’s what can catch you off guard about Maddison.

When you first start watching her videos, she looks like many gorgeous blonde Indie wrestlers with butter in all of the right places.

Then you read a little bit about her and find out that she was only 16 to 17 in the videos and you go, oops.

The teen queen is a sure crowd pleaser. Her entrance to the ring is full on energy complete with high fives, vibrant smiles and happy kids absolutely in love with her.

She’s a fan favorite but that could change. Villains can be fun too. Loves to wear dark blue.

She was trained by Wildman Gary Williams and had her first matches in the fall of 2015 and likes working with people who know what they are doing.

Her wrestling is creative and competitive and full on even though she admits she doesn’t like the pain, especially head kicks or slaps.

Who does?

Maddison is adept at doing the unusual like touring with Lady Pro Kaitlyn Diemond and receiving raves about how well that she, at the tender age of 15, handled it so well.

She wins some and loses some but she is definitely not a jobber.

Her love of wrestling started a little earlier. Instead of watching the majors like WWE she loved watching the local wrestlers in Canada.

She admits to being an over thinker but she seems to have thought out her wrestling career to perfection complete with strong community support.

What highly motivates her is the behavior of others and raising the bar on her own, especially at the gym. Most people are there because they want to work out.

Maddison is there because she has to.
