Japanese fitness girls brimming with youth and beauty (great emphasis on youth) are a premium and often on the larger stage, hard to find.
When you do find one, appreciate them.
Predicting the future in movies is a very tricky business with very circular in your face, you were completely wrong, probabilities.
Simply stated, once the date of the future you dreamed of on celluloid arrives, most likely, cool aesthetics aside, the facts and details often show that you got it completely wrong.
Nowhere is this more evident than the brilliant 1980’s Sci Fi masterpiece Blade Runner which supposedly occurred in 2019.
Warner Brothers enlightens, “Visually spectacular, intensely action-packed and powerfully prophetic since its debut, Blade Runner returns in Ridley Scott’s definitive Final Cut, including extended scenes and never-before-seen special effects.
In a signature role as 21st-century detective Rick Deckard, Harrison Ford brings his masculine-yet-vulnerable presence to this stylish noir thriller.
In a future of high-tech possibility soured by urban and social decay, Deckard hunts for fugitive, murderous replicants—and is drawn to a mystery woman whose secrets may undermine his soul.”
A mesmerizing tech noir masterpiece if there ever was one.
In their version of the future, 2019, the world is an extremely over crowded place where it virtually rains endlessly with a heavy Japanese influence.
In reality, 2017, today’s world is desperate for fresh water, droughts in the Western United States are rampant and Japan is actually losing population.
The international news source theglobeandmail.com speaks to this situation. “People over the age of 65 make up a quarter of Japan’s population, and it’s on track to reach 40 per cent. The top-heavy demographic creates huge challenges for government and the economy. Now the country is tackling the problem with innovative programs, including everything from comprehensive long-term-care insurance to robotics.”
Wikimedia reports, “According to projections of the population with the current fertility rate, over 65s will account for 40% of the population by 2060, and the total population will fall by a third from 128 million in 2010 to 87 million in 2060.”
Staring those statistics right in the wrinkled face lets you know that in Japan, beautiful youth is a premium.
Let’s meet three Japanese fitness girls who are beautiful rare young sensations.
Michiko Nishiwaki
Michiko Nishiwaki (Nishiwaki Michiko) was born in Funabashi, Chiba, Japan.
She is a former female bodybuilder, powerlifter, actress, fitness trainer, stunt woman, and martial artist and fight choreographer.
Michiko started out, as a lot of fitness stars did, in gymnastics.
Michiko became a powerlifter, Japan’s first female powerlifting champion and eventually Japan’s first female bodybuilding champion. This was very unusual for a woman in Japanese society at that time.
Michiko began her acting career in 1985 when she caught the eye of Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung.
As a stunt woman she appeared in Blade, Man on the Moon, Charlie’s Angels, Rush Hour 2, The Scorpion King, Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, Memoirs of a Geisha and Resident Evil: Extinction.
She also worked on 2009’s Afro Ninja as Yuko. Michiko has stunt doubled for Lucy Liu in four films and Kelly Hu in one.
Look at her amazing film credits.

Rin Nakai
The informative site inquisitr.com introduces Rin. “One of the most-dominant women’s bantamweight contenders in MMA, when it comes to the international stage, is Rin Nakai. Starting her career back in 2006, Nakai has accumulated 16 wins over the course of eight years, with four of the wins being by KO or TKO, six wins being by submission, and six other wins by decision. She also had one draw to her record.
Given her track record primarily in East Asian MMA promotion Pancrase, it would only be a matter of time until UFC came knocking on her door.”
As you can see, Rin is special.
There is also something else that makes her special and controversial, similar to our fetish models here in America.
The site continues, “It must be noted that Rin Nakai’s sexiness is considered controversial not because she isn’t sexy or anything like that, but because she utilizes her sexiness for the Japanese market, which often dives into fetish territory. According to Cage Potato, Nakai often poses in pictures and partakes in videos in which she dresses up in swimsuits or cosplays, often posing in a traditional sense of modeling or to cater to certain preferences. She will regularly post them up on her personal blog too.”
Here is one of Rin’s YouTube videos. She is super sexy posing before her match. As always, watch them as soon as you can because one day the link could go dead.

Azusa Nishigaki
If Rin made a name for herself fighting in the ring, Azusa makes a name for herself prancing around in it and oh boy can she prance and make your head dance.
The creative site with an even more creative name, bloodyelbow.com shares, “Azusa Nishigaki will be bringing some local flavor to UFC 144 when she works as an Octagon girl for tonight’s return to Japan. Nishigaki was a Miss Japan finalist and has been around the pageant scene for quite some time.”
We’re glad of that. We can’t get enough beautiful Japanese Fitness Girls.
Another admirer sg.sports.yahoo.com praises, “It is a somewhat tiny outfit that Azusa Nishigaki has to wear as an octagon girl and some men may mind having their girlfriends dress like that. However, the former Miss Universe Japan finalist is single at the moment – work keeps her too busy to date – and said she wishes there would be someone who would care that way for her.”
We hope that love springs eternal. Some day we’re sure this princess will meet her prince.
It was nice to visit the world of the Japanese Fitness Girl.
In the Land Of The Rising Sun, where the sun is setting on an aging population, it’s wonderful to see an infusion of youth, beauty and fitness talent.
