The difference between thinking about trying something new and actually trying something new is huge.
Making the decision to try something new can stir hesitation.
What can impel hesitation and trepidation to turn into action?
Being made aware that the people you admire, respect and maybe would even like to imitate, are already doing it.
That’s why corporations compensate the beautiful people to endorse products to influence us to buy.
We truly do want to be like Mike.
Pole Dancing is trending upwards. It’s the “it” fitness workout yet still many female athletes are hesitant to take it seriously as a fitness model.
Do you feel that way? Are you hesitant to try it? If so, maybe you should rethink it.
As reported in the enjoyable site caloriebee.com, “Pole dance combines performing art, dancing, and acrobatics around a vertical pole. It can be a great way to achieve your fitness quest. Many gyms and fitness centers offer pole dancing training and classes and advertise pole dance as the next generation of workout for both men and women. It’s fun and exciting, helps burn a great deal of calories, and offers many other unexpected benefits along the way. Here are a few!”
Good to know.
So who are the beautiful girls in our great female submission wrestling industry who not only have tried Pole Dancing for exercise but seem to swear by it?
To meet some of them, we need to travel to the scenic Czech Republic. At Alpha Catz, three times is a charm and four is even better.
The shapely and sexy Inanna loves to pole dance.
She smiles, “I was always curvy with strong lower body from all the junior dancing. Once I added strength-building exercises like TRX training, my body responded and I could see big gains in my overall strength. Being challenged to step on the mats and wrestle against boys, I couldn’t wait to show ‘em what I can do. Simply said: girls can do anything boys do, and we look better doing it too.”
We agree.
Looking at her bio, Roxy is another Pole Dancing beauty. She expresses, “I dance, pole dance, sprint (I outran my ex so easily), I am a ball of energy that cannot be stopped! In the gym on a calf machine, I out lift most men. I love being admired for my strong, toned body. I enjoy a nice dinner, good party, and I’m always smiling!”
Isn’t she making you smile too? She is super sexy.
Helenia
Let’s hear from another Czech Princess who has tried Pole Dancing for fitness. Helenia shines, “I stay in shape with dancing and pole dancing. Dancing has really built up my hips and legs, and pole dance training gives me great overall strength and flexibility that comes so handy during wrestling. I’ve already learned that I can be a very good pinner, and I am naturally very feisty whenever competing in anything, against boys or girls.”
Claudine
Imitation is the highest form of flattery. Let’s listen in on Claudine. She proclaims, “I get all my power from intensive pole dancing training, and my great flexibility comes from yoga practice. I never compared my strength against a guy before, I was surprised how strong I really am! I feel pretty confident I could defend myself against an average guy.”
Do you see some consistent themes in their expressions?
Pole dancing has provided them with greater leg strength, flexibility and enhanced their wrestling skills, even the ability to defeat men.

How To Pick The Perfect Beginner Pole Dancing Fitness Class
By Nikita Rose
Tips For Choosing A Great Pole Dancing Fitness Class for Beginners
Choosing the perfect pole dancing class for a beginner can be a bit daunting, and it can be hard to tell what to look for. Does a class being taught by a former stripper automatically make it good? Studios that boast about students doing fancy moves like inversions in only weeks sounds good right? Pole dance studios may offer promises that sound shiny and tempting, but if you follow this guide, you’ll know exactly how to choose a pole dancing class that is high-quality, comfortable, and most important of all – safe!
Quality of Instructor
The most important thing to consider when picking a class is the quality of the instructor. Former strippers teaching may be great for learning sexy floor moves that don’t involve a pole, but if you want to get into the fitness and challenging aspect of the dance, you want instructors that are trained.
Yes, there are actual certifications in pole dance instruction, and your instructor should be certified and experienced. So find this information out, as well as how long they have been teaching and dancing.
If any of instructors in the studio regularly compete in actual pole dance competitions, this is a sign that you are in good hands. They are more likely to be passionate on the subject and up to date on how to dance skillfully and safely.
And if your instructor looks out of shape, run and fast!
Class Size
Classes should have 1-2 people per pole, no more. Any more and the class gets a little unwieldy for the instructor to handle, and it also means you’ll be sitting out most of the class. Imagine spending your money for a one hour class and having to share a pole with two other people. That means 20 minutes on the pole, at most…. completely frustrating, and not helpful either.
For this reason, private studio classes are a much better bet than classes at the gym which generally have tons of people in the class.
Safety
Classes should have a good emphasis on safety. Instructors should make some basic things clear – like how important it is to wipe down the pole to keep from slipping.
Pole safety also includes instructors who teach you proper body mechanics to prevent injuries (this includes things like not hunching your shoulders, and proper hand and foot placement). You will know you’ve found a good class when the instructor is attentive to individuals and is a stickler about proper form.
They will also not have you doing fancy tricks when you are not strong enough or ready. Nobody should be pushing you to do anything your body can’t handle.
As a bonus, it’s also great if the studio has a lot of mirrors – they help you see what you’re doing right and wrong, and will help your progress a lot. Not to mention it’s a whole lot of fun to see yourself looking beautiful and sexy as you dance.
And don’t forget to check out the studio’s class booking and cancellation policy – this varies by studio so be sure to read the fine print.
Pole dancing can be a great activity for your overall fitness level as well as your femininity and sexiness. You can get a stronger, healthier body while learning how to effortlessly exude magnetic sex appeal.
