Politicians seeking higher office better have it. Motivational Speakers who desire their business to grow need to grow this first. For Head Football Coaches who hope to be in elite company, it’s a bare minimum requirement.
The Fitness Girls who are part of the million dollar club have been spreading it around the globe for years.
Dynamic energy is what they all have in common.
With super dynamic energy, Pole Fitness Instructor Sergia Louise Anderson’s cup runneth over.
To help overcome long held negative public perceptions is what the competitive female submission wrestling industry and the emerging pole fitness industry have in common.
Both are in need of a carefully orchestrated public relations cultural shift.
In the Pole Fitness Industry, who better to lead the way than the gorgeous Sergia?
The energetic site completepole.com teams with Instructors who can navigate a pole like a princess in a magical fairytale. Sergia is one of them.
They excitedly explain her bio and credentials.
“Sergia began dancing and performing at a young age in Classical Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Theater. After receiving scholarships from New York City Dance Alliance and Tremaine Dance Conventions she was accepted for study at the Alvin Ailey School in New York City, where she focused most intently on Martha Graham technique and classical ballet. At 17, she started dancing professionally and choreographing for Interweave Dance Company based out of Boulder, Colorado, and continued to be faculty for the next 5 years.
In 2007, Sergia turned her focus to salsa, Latin hustle and partner dance, and began competing professionally in Theater Arts, Hustle, Cabaret, Salsa, Just Hustle, and Triple-Threat Dance Divisions. In her first year of professional competition in hustle and salsa she took home over 10 titles, including 5th place in the On-2 division at the 2007 ESPN World Salsa Competition in Orlando, Florida.
In 2008 she relocated to Los Angeles from New York, and days later took 2nd Place in the 2008 Mayan World Salsa Competition. In 2008 she was honored to be a featured artist in Miami City Ballet’s tribute to dance legends Augie and Margo Rodriguez. Sergia can be seen as Julianne Hough’s back-up dancer in her fitness video Just Dance.”
Speaking to Sergia’s infectious energy the European site polesportberlin.de shares, “When she discovered pole, it quickly became her passion and she opened her dance studio.”
Working out is a healthy habit: it helps you stay light and energetic. At least, that is how it works for me, and over the years it has been one of my greatest passions.…..Rohit Shetty

She holds a BFA in Drama from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University and owns The Vertitude Dance Studio in Woodland Hills, California. PSO offers a variety of events designed to inspire and challenge dancers at all skill levels to express their artistic and athletic abilities.
While there are many great professional Pole Dancers in the world, Sergia has clearly elevated the breath taking sport to an art form. The exciting group xpoleus.com agrees. “Sergia is a visual storyteller. A master of character, she suffuses each performance with honesty and depth through her richly detailed choreography.
Her breathtaking musicality, spirited movement and crisp, elegant lines sweep the audience along and immerse them in the moment. Sergia brings this personal connection from the performance stage into the classroom, enabling students to find the energy in their own movement. Drawing on her background in salsa, ballet, jazz and theater, she provides a firm technical foundation for innovative tricks and transitions, accessible to dancers at all levels.”
In an interview with completepole.com Sergia allows us into her world. “I am the owner and head instructor at The Vertitude in Los Angeles, California. I train all my pole competition and performance pieces on our seven 14 foot poles! It is a fabulous playground with lots of floor space for movement on and around the pole.
I love that there are no boundaries and that you can use a pole in so many different ways to tell a character’s story onstage.
My last competition was Pole Sport Organization’s 2013 US National Championships, where I took first place. This was a fabulous competition with incredible talent! I worked really hard for that comp and had a great time training for.”
I was very energetic and very small. I didn’t start growing until the last year of high school…..Mads Mikkelsen
If you were a little skeptical about Pole Dancing evolving into a sports discipline that is not limited to the confines of strip clubs and the like, isn’t Sergia changing your mind?
Her competitions have allowed her to travel the world.
We all love Las Vegas where she has competed but how often do we get a chance to electronically travel to Singapore?
As usual, the world of the Fem Competitor is a fascinating one. Let’s hang out in Singapore.
Singapore, officially the Republic of Singapore, and often referred to as the Lion City, the Garden City, and the Red Dot, is a leading global city in Southeast Asia and the world’s only island city-state.
Singapore is made up of sixty-three islands, and is home to one of the world’s biggest ports. As a city-state, Singapore is both the country and its capital. Singapore Island is the main island of Singapore, which is also called Pulau Ujong.
It lies one degree (137 km) north of the equator, at the southernmost tip of continental Asia and peninsular Malaysia, with Indonesia‘s Riau Islands to the south. Singapore’s territory consists of the diamond-shaped main island and 62 islets.
The great travel site lonelyplanet.com is not green with envy but colors with praise. “Long dismissed as little more than a sterile stopover, Singapore has reinvented itself as one of the world’s hotlist destinations. The world’s aspiring ‘City in a Garden’ is an unexpected wonderland for fans of all things green and natural.”
They continue in tasty fashion, “From chili-spiked crab, to fragrant laksa, rendang and biryani, Singapore is a mouthwatering feast of flavors. Singaporeans are obsessed with food – good food – and you’ll find it steaming, sizzling and simmering almost everywhere you look.”
I wish I could travel there. Sounds like an unforgettable experience.
The world is full of innovation if we keep our minds open, we won’t miss it.
Especially like Sergia, if we travel through life with dynamic energy.
Sergia has enlightened and welcomed us into the world of beautiful Pole Fitness. Her boundless energy and breathtaking beauty serves as a wonderful ambassador for her ascending sport which is destined to change minds and create new dynamic excitement.
