It’s an age old question that only the person involved can really answer.
Do crazy people really know that they are crazy?
I suspect the answer is yes especially if they are spelling crazy like crazee or krazee. Then they know exactly what they are doing, even if you and I don’t.
Crazy Mary Dobson, the gorgeous mid-western girl is an Indie Wrestler who truly seems to be a little krazee. I mean she loves blood and sex in her music so she says.
Fortunately she loves a lot of entertainment in her wrestling and is happy to provide it in crazee fashion complete with fan adoration.
Here are two fan reviews found at cagematch.net.
“I haven’t seen much of Sarah Dobson, but what I’ve watched of hers is pretty good. She is a strong wrestler, and the fans absolutely adore her, it’s her gimmick, however, that I just cannot get into. It’s something different, and I don’t doubt it’s what got a lot of folks talking about “Crazy” Mary, it’s her wrestling though, that I prefer.”
Nothing like some sane honesty with a happy ending. Here is another.
“CMD has got to be one of the most promising young female talents there is out there. Every match I’ve seen her in heel or face she always has the crowd behind her and her wrestling skills are quite good for someone who only has 3-4 years of experience wrestling. She’s got good charisma, mic skills I don’t know about. She just needs to play up the “crazy” part of her character more but I guess that’s the only complaint I would have about her.”
Sanity prevails. Conclusion?
She needs to act crazier.
At the fun industry site diva-dirt.com they gush about our Indiana girl as well. “Welcome to Diva Dirt’s Five to Watch 2013! This annual list compiles five rising talents in the world of women’s wrestling that we think have what it takes to be the next big thing.
While her style may not be the most refined, Crazy Mary Dobson definitely lives up to her name. Well known for her proficiency in death matches, Mary has begun to branch out from her bloody roots in the past year or so, making a name for herself in America, as well as overseas. With matches in the top women’s promotions in North America and several international tours under her belt, 2014 could be Dobson’s year.”
They were right. 2014 was a great year for Mary.
The respected industry site falconjoshi.blogspot.com provides us with an earlier bio. “One of the fastest growing stars in female wrestling is Sarah Bridges (ring name Crazy Mary Dobson) who, while still a teenager (she turns 20 on September 10), is lighting up the wrestling world from Indiana to Mexico to Tokyo. She is has a school girl face but a soul soaked in blood and gore. She can wrestle straight-up or take the hardest, sickest bump you’ve ever seen — as she did last spring in Glasgow, Scotland, being thrown down from a balcony by Jack Jester (ICW). She is currently in the middle of an extended tour of Japan with Kyoko Inoue’s Diana promotion.”
As we have always said at Femcompetitor Magazine. Female wrestlers travel the world. They are so fortunate but like Sarah who is a risk taker, they earned it.

The interesting site filsingergames.com adds to the praise. “When you first see Mary Dobson she looks like a sweet innocent girl. But peer into her demented eye and you see the insanity that lies within!
Known on the indie scene for years for her proficiency in death match wrestling, Mary Dobson now brings her talents to the national women’s wrestling scene. Mary doesn’t have a stellar record in Shimmer thus far, but has proven herself a talented young wrestler who can excel in more than just death matches.”
Here is one of the most important news that happened in Mary’s career.
A report on July 14, 2015 at wrestlinginflorida.com praises, “With last night hopefully signaling big changes to the previously static WWE Divas division, I feel like a genius writing about my favorite independent wrestler: Sarah Bridges aka Crazy Mary Dobson. While women’s wrestling is stacked with talent; let’s appreciate a young wrestler who is truly unique in the complexity of her move set, background and character.
Yet Dobson is more than just brawling and blood, she is a fantastic athlete able to transcend the hardcore genre and go back and forth between multiple styles. Dobson has honed her talent all over the world wrestling in Japan and throughout Europe and even appearing on a Full Sail episode of NXT against Becky Lynch.”
Mary Dobson is from Jeffersonville, Indiana. She’s traveled the world but at least once in a while you should always go home.
Jeffersonville is a city in Clark County, Indiana, along the Ohio River. Locally, the city is often referred to by the abbreviated name Jeff. It is directly across the Ohio River to the north of Louisville, Kentucky along I-65. The population was 44,953 at the 2010 census.
The city and Mayor Mike Moore welcomes us with open arms at cityofjeff.net. “It’s an exciting time to be in Jeffersonville! River Ridge is expanding, downtown is thriving, and our community continues to grow and become more diverse.
Jeffersonville is experiencing progress like never before and is truly a city on the move. Over the last four years, Jeff has seen the completion of the Big Four Bridge, a brand new marina in Fisherman’s Wharf, and 6,000 new jobs created in our community.”
It’s great to see a community in growth. There’s more.
Jeffersonville has a mix of restaurants that range in popularity along the river front and downtown. The city is scattered with smaller scale bars, restaurants and fast food chains in areas such as Quartermaster Station in which the Town Hall is now located and other shopping centers.
One such restaurant franchise that was founded in Jefferson is Papa John’s Pizza.
To start the business Mr. Schnatter knocked out a broom closet in the back of his father’s tavern in Jeffersonville. He then sold his 1971 Camaro Z28 to purchase $1,600 worth of used pizza equipment and began selling pizzas to the tavern’s customers out of the converted closet.
If you watch NFL Football you’ll notice that Papa Johns has an elite pitchman in Peyton Manning. From Peyton’s stellar NFL career, sense of humor and brilliant timing to his global popularity, there is another reason why Peyton makes such an effective endorser.
According an October 26, 2012 espn.go.com report, “Manning became the newest franchisee for Papa John’s pizza, signing a deal to own 21 stores in the Denver area Friday, the same day the pizza maker also announced it had signed a multiyear contract to continue as the official pizza of the NFL and the Super Bowl.”
So you see. There is a lot going on in Mary’s home town.
Have fun watching Mary in the ring. There is a lot of excitement going on there.
Mary is certainly doing her part to entertain us in the ring and remember the brilliance of being krazee is when you know it, but you don’t let everyone else in on the secret.
